This accommodation policy governs the terms of stay at Frauenberg Villa and helps ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for all guests.

Frauenberg Villa is a tranquil accommodation designed for relaxation. We kindly ask guests to respect the nature of the place and be considerate of other guests and the surroundings.

Arrival and Departure

Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
We kindly ask guests to inform us in advance of their estimated arrival time. You can use the Special Requests field when booking or contact us directly.

Check-out: from 8:30 AM, no later than 10:30 AM.
Thank you for respecting these times — it allows us to prepare the apartments for the next guests.

Cancellation Policy and Payments

Cancellation and prepayment policies may vary depending on the selected accommodation option. Please check them when booking to ensure you have the correct information for your specific reservation.

Accommodation with Children

The accommodation is suitable for guests of all ages.

  • Children 15 years and older are considered adults.

  • When booking, please indicate the number of children and their ages to ensure correct pricing and accommodation options are displayed.

Cots

  • For children aged 0 – 3 years, a cot is available upon request.

  • The fee for a cot is €10 per stay and is not included in the accommodation price.

  • The number of available cots depends on the accommodation's capacity.

Extra beds are not available.

Age Restriction

Guests of all ages are welcome – the accommodation has no age restrictions.

Pets

Pets are allowed upon request and an additional fee may apply. We kindly ask guests to communicate this request in advance.

Payments

Accommodation payments are processed by the reservation system.
Please have cash ready for any additional services and fees payable directly on-site.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in any part of the accommodation. Thank you for respecting this rule.

Celebrations and Events

Organising celebrations, parties, stag/hen parties and similar events is not permitted at the accommodation.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. We kindly ask guests to be considerate of other guests and the surroundings.

Use of Facilities and Equipment

Kitchen and room equipment is intended for normal use during your stay. We kindly ask guests to use it carefully and return it in its original condition.

Guest Responsibility

  • Guests are responsible for the apartment's furnishings and equipment during their stay.

  • In case of property damage, a reasonable compensation may be charged.

  • The accommodation is not responsible for guests' personal belongings left unattended.

Common Areas and Conduct

We kindly ask guests to behave considerately in the common areas of the accommodation (corridors, lobbies), especially in the evening and morning, to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.

Health and Safety Protection

Guests are obliged to adhere to basic hygienic and safety principles. If necessary, we will provide information on local medical assistance.
